Quote on Email request <<back to top ART REQUIREMENTS: email me your design as an attachment. -Pretty much any file format is fine. -The image should be totally in two color (one color and transparent for .psd is cool). -Image should be at the size you want it printed on the shirt. -Quality should be 300 to 600dpi. If you're worried about it, send it bigger. -If you have a drawing it can be no larger than 8 x 10 (my scanner's limits), but bigger than what you want the print to be if you can. -I will work with you to make any changes the image might need. all designs need some adjustment, two hours design work is included in the price. Unsuitable designs may have an additional cost. -or may just be unsuitable! <<back to top INK COLORS: Red, white, black, brown, blue, yellow, green or grey. Email request. <<back to top SHIRT COLORS & SIZES: Shirts can be pretty much any size/color/brand you request as long as they exist and I can get them from a single supplier: some brands, styles, sizes and colors are more expensive than others, not all colors are available in all sizes or brands. All shirts are 100% cotton. Default brands will most likely be Hanes, Jerzees, Gildan or comparable at 5.6 oz to 6.1 oz. (all of those are trademarked and not affiliated with me in any way- I buy them too). If you want a fancy cut, a strappy girl's shirt, Beefy-Ts (TM Hanes), to compare three different reds, to know stuff like fabric weight or neck size, etc, email me and I will email you back examples and prices for them. <<back to top GUARANTEE AND RISK: -Hey, it's your money! You are right to watch it. I will work with you to get you satisfied, but: NOT EVERY SHIRT IS GOING TO TURN OUT THE SAME OR PERFECT. -Check our FAQ for more details, or email with specific questions if you are concerned! -Shirts are printed in a hand press; there ARE variations and misprints. -Orders of 20 shirts are actually orders of 22 shirts to allow for misprints. -There are plenty of shops to go to if you have more money and want a better guarantee. I specialize in short runs at low prices: if you can afford it or want a ton of shirts, you CAN get a better deal someplace else. I won't be offended. -I promise there will be at least one shirt in every 20 that is at least slightly misprinted. Most likely two. Allow for %10 misprint rate. That is fair industry standard for non-machine printing. More misprints than that and we will use our backups or refund you at cost shirt by shirt. -Your idea of a misprint may vary from my idea of a misprint. Variations are not misprints. If you think a shirt is unacceptable when it clearly is fine, then you are outta luck, buddy. -Designs that require perfect symmetry, perfect placement in odd areas, very fine lines, drastic difference between smaller lines and blockier color areas, images sent to me are too small, or anything on an XL or larger are harder to get right and will have more variation or changes from what you might have in mind. If your design is terrible, your shirts will be terrible. -Care of shirts: shirts washed cold and dried cold will last much longer than those washed with bleach on hot and dried hot. These are comparable to any band shirt you get; if you wear it every day for five weeks it will start to wear out. The image should last longer than the shirt, actually! -Once a payment has been made, we start working. Refunds and order cancellations should be requested as soon as possible! Refunds will be based on work already done, some fees (paypal order fees especially) may not be refundable. If you are concerned, email your order with questions before you Paypal! <<back to top TURNAROUND: I will give you an estimation at the time of the order. Ask for a specific date and I will do my best (or at least let you know). Rush shipping is available but crazy expensive (ask for a quote if you want it). I DON'T keep many shirts on hand, so availability varies. I buy from various suppliers and shipping times across the year can run from 3 days to 2 weeks. Demand can vary by hundreds of shirts a week as well. Turnaround measured from when I get both a workable design and payment. Designs that require a lot of work, make for a difficult print, or have odd placement requests may affect turnaround. Rough estimate for locals without shipping: 20 shirts - 10 days to 3 weeks 40-60 shirts - 10 days to 4 weeks.
